The Delapre Family Show, is a free event which will take place on the grounds of Delapre Abbey on the Saturday 22nd August & Sunday 23rd August.
It will comprise of Reptile and Insect exhibitions where families can see some of the world's scariest reptiles, creepy crawlies and other critters.
There will be an area where children will be able to interact with animals from NANNA. Guide Dogs for the Blind will be present with their dogs, giving out information of what roles they do.
Delapre Abbey Weddings will be around, explaining the variety of wedding packages that we offer.
Egyptian Dancers will be performing.
There will be licensed bars with 12 local real ales and various food stalls.
The Open Day, will feature a balloon race, with the prize being awarded to the balloon that has travelled the furthest and that ticket returned to the Abbey. The prize is a fabulous two day return cruise for up to four people to visit the beautiful city of St. Malo in Brittany.
